That's right, Explosion.  That's the new name for our Wednesday Night Children's Program.  Congratulations go to Abby Morgan for her winning submission.  Thanks to all the kids who entered suggestions.  See you Wednesday night at EXPLOSION!

 

 


On Wednesday nights throughout the school year, we offer a children's program after supper that is based on a curriculum called "Elevate."  With a foundation of Biblical truths and principles, the Elevate curriculum leads children through a bible story and worship songs with interactive DVD segments and hands on crafts and games that reinforce the weekly Bible verses and main points.  Children also spend time in music class learning praise songs and having fun with silly songs, too.  We think Wednesday nights at HUMC are a great place for kids to learn about Jesus and the Bible in a fun, energetic, and interactive way.  Come join us for "City Streets" when we resume at the beginning of the 2010-2011 school year in August.  We begin children's activities at 6:30 in Jordan Hall and end at 8:00.  For more information, contact Leslie Norman at 237-1319 or email.

 

 
A Special Note to Parents

Parents,

Please be sure to fill out a registration form for your child(ren) for our Wednesday night program.  We especially need allergy, illness, and emergency contact information.  Also, please remember that children will not be released from Jordan Hall unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
